Snookie Stoddard

Snookie Stoddard, a native of South Dakota, got her Masters in Writing for the Stage by way of USD (Vermillion), Purdue University, and California State, Los Angeles.

After 40 years in Los Angeles living a creative life, she retired to De Smet, South Dakota where her family has lived for the last 55 years. (To some of the town locals, the Stoddard family is still considered 'newcomers').

Snookie now enjoy her retirement by writing the Laura Ingalls Wilder Pageant summer plays and an occasional Christmas show.
